Common Blackboard Problems

Problem: Incorrect Courses on your Blackboard

Solution: If you see a course in which you are no longer enrolled on your Blackboard, contact the instructor. Email them your user name and ask them to remove you from their course.

Problem: Correct Courses Not on your Blackboard

Solution: If the distance learning course in which you are enrolled are not appearing on your Blackboard after 48 hours past enrollment contact rcoveny@vw.vccs.edu Be sure to send your user name and the course section and ID (EX. PSY 200 V3). I will add you to the course.

Problem: You cannot find your user name in the WhoAmI

Solution: Wait 48 hours after enrolling before making this request.Contact rcoveny@vw.vccs.edu and send your name and EMPLID. Meanwhile use the vwstudent for your username and the password college to see your course and get your syllabus.
